Errors reported by CDS are displayed in Sequoia in the CDS Declaration Errors dialog. Here we display as much information as we are given by CDS. We are unable to advise you how to complete a customs declaration.
CDS errors displayed in Sequoia will include an error code. This is normally a number, prefixed with CDS.

When contacting HMRC you should include the declaration MRN in your communications with them. This is true even if the declaration has not been accepted. The MRN is displayed on the CDS Declaration Errors dialog.
HMRC has developed a Consolidated CDS Workaround Document for known Error issues with CDS - This document provides additional information for some CDS errors which you may be having issues with (such as CDS rejections when you have completed all the information as per the tariff).
