Checking the progress of a ticket
- You will need to be logged into the ASM Service Portal
- Click on the drop down arrow next to your name in the top right hand corner of your screen and select Requests.
- A list of your tickets will be displayed.
- To look at your tickets click on the Subject link.
- To add a comment, or request an update you can use add to conversation which is a free text window. Select submit once completed.
- You can use the add file or drop files here section to attach a file to the ticket.
