For urgent technical support outside of normal business hours, please call the ASM pager service on 07623 984413 and provide the following information:
- Company name
- Your name
- Your contact number
- A brief outline of your issue
Omitting any of the requested information could lead to your request for assistance being delayed.
Once you have logged your call, a technician will call you back as soon as possible.
An issue is urgent when it requires immediate attention, and there is no available workaround. An urgent issue prevents normal operation of the Sequoia software. For example:
- The Sequoia software isn’t loading
- You cannot access the Sequoia application
- Sequoia is not communicating with CDS, NCTS or CSPs
This support should only be requested if such a critical condition exists. Please note that we cannot advise you on customs procedures, how to complete declarations and/or compliance issues.
