An urgent issue is where something is preventing the normal operation of the Sequoia software. For example, it has issues loading , will not save information, or is not communicating with CDS, CHIEF, NCTS or CSPs.
During normal office hours
- Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm
- Weekends and bank holidays 9am to 5pm
In the event of an urgent issue please Raise an Incident on the ASM Service Desk.
When completing the webform, be sure to select from the correct drop-down lists and use the description field to provide as much information as possible.
Out of Hours Support
For urgent technical support outside of normal office hours, please call our pager service
on 07623 984413 and provide the following information:
- Company name
- Your name
- Your contact number
- A brief outline of your issue
A technical support specialist will call you back as soon as they are available.
We are unable to provide advice on customs procedures, how to complete declarations and/or compliance issues.
